Do you come to my location?

Yes, we’re fully mobile. We’ll drive to your driveway, office parking spot, or wherever you’ve parked in the North Bethesda / DMV area. You stay put; we bring the luxury.

How long will the detailing take?

We focus on quality over speed, always. Most services take 4 to 6+ hours, depending on the package and the condition of the vehicle.

If you’re working with a time constraint, just let us know when booking.
We’ll confirm timing with you before we begin, and make sure the schedule works on your end.

Do I need a water hose or special setup?

If you have a hose handy, great. If not, no problem. We also offer a rinseless wash option, delivering the same premium finish without needing a hose. (Your car still gets the first-class treatment.)

Do you need access to electricity?

Yes, we need access to a standard power outlet nearby so we can run our vacuum and detailing equipment. That’s it. Our job is to be low-disruption.

Do I need to clear out personal items or trash before the service?

Yes — please remove valuables, personal items, and any loose trash before we arrive. This helps us work efficiently and deliver the best results.
If the vehicle isn’t cleared out, a cleaning fee will apply.

Do you clean baby car seats?

We can vacuum and wipe down car seats while they remain installed.
If you’d like a deeper clean or shampoo, the seat must be removed and reinstalled by you for safety reasons.

Can you detail more than one car during the same visit?

Absolutely. If you need multiple cars done at the same address, just let us know ahead of time so we can plan enough time and equipment.

What if my car is extremely dirty?

No judgment — life happens. For vehicles with heavy pet hair, spills, stains, food buildup, or excessive debris, additional time or add-on services may be required. We’ll always review the condition with you and confirm pricing before starting.

How far in advance should I schedule?

We recommend booking 3–5 days in advance to secure your ideal time.
Occasionally we have same-day or next-day openings, so feel free to check.

What if I don’t have a hose or water access?

Totally fine — our rinseless wash option gives you the same spotless, glossy, showroom-level finish even in buildings, tight spaces, or water-restricted areas.

Do you need my keys?

Yes — we’ll need access to your keys to unlock doors, adjust seats, and turn on the vehicle when needed for certain parts of the service.

What if the weather is bad?

If weather conditions make it unsafe or affect the quality of service, we’ll reach out to reschedule at no cost. Quality and safety always come first.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use professional-grade products that are safe for kids, pets, leather seats, luxury interiors, and sensitive surfaces.

Do you charge a travel fee?

No — all travel within our service area is included at no extra cost.

Can I book add-ons or combine services?

Yes! You can customize any visit with add-ons like:

  • Pet-hair removal

  • Ceramic spray wax

  • Deep shampoo & steam clean

  • Carnauba hand wax

  • Odor & stain treatments and more.

Are subscriptions or recurring plans available?

Yes — we offer monthly maintenance cleanings for clients who want their car to stay consistently spotless with zero hassle.

Just let us know you’re interested, and we’ll send you a custom quote based on your vehicle and needs.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a $25 fee to cover travel and time.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Absolutely. If there’s anything you feel we missed, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.
